Tomperrow Scout Campsite Booking Guide

If it is the first time you have made a booking you will be asked to register as a customer when you start the process.

• When making a booking you will only be able to select Main Site First User. You are booking the use of the building, kitchen, showers and camping fields. If you require sole use of the site you need to note this in the Special Requirements section. If you do not do so another user may request to share with you.
• If only First User is booked on the date you require you can email enquiries@tomperrowcampsite.co.uk to request to share.  This request will be discussed with the first user and the outcome relayed to you. If the First User agrees the Administration will enter your booking as Second User.
• Complete the Event Name including the name of your Group or organisation and the activity (camp, meeting etc). This will appear on the calendar and you can see examples there).
• Complete the start and end dates and times. Please allow reasonable setup and clearing time. Please ensure you check carefully the times you have entered.  The system defaults to the time at which you are making the booking.
• PLEASE NOTE: for camps between Easter and September it is expected that arrival times are not before 16:00 at the earliest and departures are not later than 13:00.  IF YOU WISH TO ARRIVE OR DEPART OUTSIDE OF THESE TIMES PLEASE MAKE THE REQUEST IN THE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS SECTION AND READ THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL CAREFULLY TO SEE IF THIS HAS BEEN POSSIBLE.
• Choose the best fit Activity from the drop down menu.
• If you haven’t booked before a brief entry in Description will help us when confirming the booking
• Number of People attending is an estimate and only required for camp bookings.

The Top Site Expedition Area is a separate area away from other users.  It is suitable for lightweight camping such as Duke of Edinburgh expeditions.  Users of this area will still need to access the main site for water and toilets.  This area can only be booked by contacting the management team who will check with other users before confirming the booking.  If you are booking the main site and do not want this area to be available during your stay please make a note in the Description box.
